I am Sabrina Andara, a Licensed Physician and Specialist in Pediatrics, with specific training in Infant Sleep. I accompany families with an integrative, human, evidence-based approach — combining my clinical experience as a pediatrician with my advanced training in infant sleep.

My interest in pediatric sleep began with the arrival of my son, which led me to specialize in this field so I could offer other families practical, safe, age-appropriate tools that support healthy rest from the very first months of life.

My mission is to care for the health of the littlest ones and improve families' quality of rest — always through respect, observation, and an individualized approach.

The Knothön nest integrates the Capazo Fresh mattress (My Baby Mattress), which combines an HR Cloud core (23 kg/m3) with a surface layer of Visco Innogel. This structure provides:

— Adequate internal firmness, preventing sinking and keeping the baby's airway safe.
— Moderate surface comfort, without compromising stability.

The nest's fabrics are handcrafted in Barcelona with OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class 1 certified materials, guaranteeing the absence of harmful substances and suitability for contact with newborns. The textile components are breathable, hypoallergenic, and safe, promoting proper temperature regulation and reducing risks associated with overheating.

The protective barrier, handcrafted from 100% cotton tubular fabric with breathable, hypoallergenic fiber filling, provides stability and comfort without compromising ventilation. Its double-braided design and the natural air chambers between the braid and the mattress facilitate air circulation and reduce the risk of lateral entrapment.

The mattress holds OEKO-TEX Class 1 certification and complies with the UNE-EN 16890 standard. The nest's design provides:
